What do the M3 Treatments do?
Oxybrasion
This is the ultimate addition to most skin treatments and can be used as a standalone, precursor treatment or after any treatment which may give rise to inflammation as a cooling, anti-inflammatory aid. This treatment powerfully exfoliates dead skin cells with the simultaneous application of oxygen and flow of saline. Oxygen is used to stimulate the rebuilding of collagen fibres and capillaries, and deeply cleanses the skin to inhibit the development of acne.
The skin is treated with fragmented compressed oxygen and drops of saline, which is dispersed onto the surface of the skin causing friction. The exfoliation does not irritate the skin, and as such it is also recommended for people with sensitive skin or rosacea. It effectively relieves inflammation, moisturises, and softens the skin.
Cavitation peeling with ultrasound
Ultrasonic waves are applied to wet skin via a spatula, resulting in deep cleansing and exfoliation.
Water or toner is sprayed on to the skin producing microscopic bubbles filled with gas, which, under the influence of ultrasonic vibrations, suddenly burst. As a result, this breaks down dead skin cells and exposes a fresher more youthful skin layer free of excess bacteria, sebum and toxic substances.
This treatment is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin or skin with visible capillaries.
Diamond Microdermabrasion
This well-known treatment remains ever popular and the M3 takes microdermabrasion to the next level. 11 different size heads for body as well as the face are available, targeted tiny heads are perfect for treating blackheads around the nose.
The exfoliation and suction of this system disrupts the skin’s surface creating cell division. As the skin cells divide fibroblast activity is stimulated leading to new collagen production. Visibly thicker, healthier skin is observed. The cell renewal process slows down with age, so exfoliation of the stratum corneum leaves skin fresh and radiant. Removing the dead skins will aid in the penetration of skin care products by up to 50% and makeup will go on much more smoothly.

The unique technology of electroporation allows specific nutrifying ingredients to penetrate into the skin at a cellular level. Electroporation is created by utilising a low frequency current and ultrasound.
It delivers a particular waveform, ionising molecules in the active ingredients used in the treatment. It also opens up channels in the skin to increase ingredient uptake.
Ingredients contained in water soluble molecules permeate the skin’s natural lipid barrier and then cascade through the tissue beneath, via minute channels created between the cells known as aquaporines.
This treatment aids a number of different skin conditions and all skin types. No downtime or unwanted side effects are experienced.
There are 4 phases during this treatment and it is important that all 4 are completed
Phase 1
Introduction: Opening the ion channels to allow active ingredients to permeate the cell.
Phase 2
Circulation: deeper implementation of active ingredients, the pressure rises in the cell.
Phase 3
Drainage: further penetration of the active ingredients and the pressure returns to normal.
Phase 4
Stimulation: closing of the ion channels and equalises the final pressure in the cell.
Radiofrequency
With 3 different head sizes available both face and body can be treated. The aim of RF is to lift and tighten. The energy emitted converts to heat in the deeper layers of the skin. It causes contraction of the existing collagen fibres and stimulates new collagen synthesis. Skin structure and tensity is greatly improved.
RF is ideal when used in conjunction with body ultrasound fat reduction and dermomassage. It will produce a tightening and lifting effect. RF for the face will produce a tighter jaw line, improve orbital skin integrity, improve the appearance of lines & wrinkles and will give a general “lifted” outcome.
Dermomassage
This modality creates a vacuuming massage for the body which combines mechanical massage with simultaneous suction of the skin. It is also known as “endermology”. Working deep into the connective tissue it is excellent in the management of cellulite, creating a much smoother contour. Microcirculation is improved and lymphatic drainage is boosted.
Dermomassge can be used as a standalone procedure or combined with Ultrasound Fat Reduction and/or Radiofrequency.
Ultrasound Fat Reduction

Non-invasive, safe and pain free.
Infrared is used first to heat the skin and prepare the cells. The ultrasound targets and breaks down fatty acids and glycerol stored within the cell. The vascular and lymph system then carries the waste to the liver and is then excreted from the body via the kidneys.
Ultrasonic Body Contouring is not a treatment for obesity – it is designed for the safe and effective removal of unwanted fatty deposits which are resistant to exercise, allowing contouring and reduction in the circumference of abdominal, thigh and flank (love handle) regions of the body.
For Face
Utilised to treat the brow, jowl, chin and neck as well as overall skin tightening and rejuvenation.
The aim is to improve facial contouring, fine lines and wrinkles. Delivered to the deeper layers of skin results can be noticed immediately but will continue to improve over the following weeks.
